CSNA's monthly meeting for February will feature presentations from the Washington Project for the Arts, and presentations from Marvin's (formerly known as the 14th Street Cafe). 

John Detay of Councilmember Jim Graham's Office (D-Ward 1) will speak about his legislation which will create regulations for nightclubs wishing to admit patrons under the age of 21.  Councilmember Graham introduced the legislation at the Tuesday, February 6, session of the Council of the Disctrict of Columbia.  View the proposed legislation - DC Council Bill 17-0088. (PDF file) (49 KB)
